Shad C. Fagerland, JD

Shad is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience as an employee benefits specialist. He helps employers design and administer their employee benefit plans, including qualified retirement plans (such as 401(k) plans and ESOPs), health and welfare plans and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements.
