Paulette R. Aites

Polly came to Schneider Downs Wealth Management in 2019 with more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a member of the PFS leadership team, she assists with the development and implementation of strategic planning visions. She analyzes technological requirements and aligns them with the desired outcomes.  Polly creates and evaluates workflows and processes to determine the potential for efficiency improvements.  As a member of the compliance team, she is responsible for maintaining, as well as, reviewing and implementing ongoing compliance regulatory updates. 

Polly lives in Cabot with her husband and family. She enjoys visiting the zoo and local museums, traveling, and cruising the Caribbean with family and friends. Any chance she gets, you will find her kayaking on the Clarion River.
